Founder & Director
My back story is entrenched in the fashion world, having launched my PR agency in London back in 1993. With over 25 years experience gained in mainstream fashion, music and lifestyle PR, I relocated to Cheltenham in 2011 and specialised in the Equestrian market.
Rebecca Deacon
Equestrian PR Manager
I have been a key member of the SFPR team of equestrian specialists for over a decade now; planning, developing, and implementing PR strategies. From writing and selling in press releases to the media, to running social media campaigns and takeovers, I manage all aspects.
Generally happiest when organising and constructing an event, launch or shoot.
You’ll usually find me with a check list and a steaming cup of coffee!
Mollie Sears
Social Media & PR Executive
I have excellent communication skills and enjoy speaking publicly at events. Social media campaigns are my forte, but I’m happiest out and about at prestigious Equestrian events, meeting and supporting existing clients and engaging with potential opportunities.
I love the buzz of a photoshoot and have been known to jump in front of
the camera when needed! As a keen dressage rider and my experience working
with Olympic level athletes, I bring a wealth of specialist knowledge.

As a ‘Gen Z’, social media and trend following is second nature to me. I have high standards for how I spend my time online and I know our clients deserve campaigns that really engage with their audience.
I thrive on a challenge and have a genuine passion for content creation. I love watching my views grow! I have been regularly hitting 1 million views and have set myself a target of 2 million. Watch this space!

With an equestrian business based background and a love for brand growth through social media, the pair truly go hand in hand to support our clients within my position at SFPR.
When not working on creating engaging content, I can always be found sat behind a pair of my show jumpers ears.
Lauren Hughes

I have been part of the Sam Forrest PR team since 2018 and enjoy creating content
for clients, both digitally and in print. I'm a designer who likes to explore concepts as much as possible and turn your ideas into a reality.
When I'm not designing assets, you can find me out in the countryside enjoying the outdoors or hiking up mountains, collecting inspiration for work as I go.
